I consider documentation as part of that support, so what's next? A call for free support centers? I think this is cool (I like free documentation!;-), but where is it leading to?
But if they do it in claymation, what do you think Park needs DreamWorks for? Do you really believe the DreamWorks guys will leave all their computer toys at home and come play with clay (no pun intended there;-)? I doubt that very, very much.

but i don't trust the guy who wrote the article ... "open system software" sounds a bit strange to me.
So what about strip? Would that change things? At least the symbols generated for all the objects used inside should go away.
