Two best browsers on the 'net - Chrome and Opera. Hands down. The others aren't even close. Not Webkit nor Gecko based browsers. And IE is just a special case all to itself - a reminder of a bygone era when standards didn't matter.

SuSE is a German company and very effectively got a judge order telling SCO to 'shut up or put up'. SCO even had to pay a fine in Germany after re-voicing their claims without proving them.
So, SuSE is doing their part against SCO - in Germany, where they are based.
