It has (as has Mozilla - been there for ages). Just press F11 and you get the same deal as with IE.
Why exactly does one need to run Windows at all? It seems Linux offers everything the average user would need.
Because I'm a web designer, who has to test everything in Internet Explorer (used by 97% of the population). With a product like this, I can quickly boot up a selection of IE versions in different MS OSs whilst getting all the advantages of Linux for development.

Easy! Right-click on the icon bar and select customize. Drag and drop the Tab icon to where you want it.
Not sure it's SP1, but IE6.0 is available at http://browsers.evolt.org/ along with a zillion other browsers. The IE downloads are zip archives of the CD installers.
Just to prove the "Improvement Tax" at many Canadian airports is just for general revenue, I recently flew out of Montreal Mirabel airport and was charged the $15 fee, despite the fact that Mirabel airport is being closed to passenger traffic at the end of the year!
