As a former BestBuy associate, I'm insulted. Not all of us are crooks or idiots, IIRC we have Suse and mandrake box sets available to the public as well.
And there was a knoppix CD behind the tech counter as well
From someone in Edmonton: no it's not. When I work at a big-box electronics store and get paid 15/hour with no degree to fix MS pc's, 17 to 19 an hour is an insult. I can make more working on an oil rig 20 minutes outside of town, with better job security
here's a hint: don't sip it. drink it semi fast, between gulping and sipping. don't keep it in your cheeks or on your tongue. just drink the damn thing on a hot day
