The real reason why Apple would never allow Flash to work on one of it's mobile devices is simple. The App Store. Most of the available apps could easily be mimicked using Flash, and made easily available. This would not be a good thing for Apple's bottom line.
Stern is the reason why Sirius/XM are still alive. He brought along millions of subscribers when he left terrestrial radio, and they are sticking with him. However he retires in two years, and I imagine Sirius/XM will have some very hard times retaining customers when that happens.

Earlier this year they purchased DMarc Broadcasting, a Newport Beach, Calif., company that works with radio advertisers in the sales, scheduling, delivery and reporting of radio ads.
My first impression is that it is using too many on-page factors (keyword density, etc) to rank sites, and too little off-site factors (incoming links, etc). This is a good thing for marketers as it makes SEO much easier.
Hope it will be well ventilated. Even at small LAN parties, no matter how much cologne is sprayed, the BO from geeks quickly takes over the whole room. Hate to see what happens with one million nerds...
We need to fight spam with DDOS attacks. Imagine a distibuted client on thousands of computers, that when given the signal, attack a server known to SPAM (spamcop database?). Not the most legitimate technique, but i'm sure it would be effective.
