As an European (non eastern), I'mquite surprised Americans allowed somethinglike TIPS or the whole Patriot Act tohappen in the first place. Always thought the American constitutionallow enough power to the authoritiesto defend the country and safeguard thefreedom of its citizens.
There are several attempts to resurect the Be Operating System,-probably a lot of funerals ahead...

Always thought the American constitution
allow enough power to the authorities
to defend the country and safeguard the
freedom of its citizens.
