I've read in numerous articles the the unreal engine is modular. That is, once a new unreal engine comes out, they can easily replace it with the old one. Perhaps the people who are making duke nukem forever were relying on this as a backup plan, just in case their game took 5 years to develop. It might just pay off!
*sigh* here's the email with the html tags I wanted to mention
There are plenty of spam filters out there, but I believe there is a much simpler approach. I've noticed that 95% of the spam I get contains certain html tags. I really don't expect anyone I know to send me an e-mail with < div > in the message body. Some tags, like </a > need to be allowed, because hotmail uses it for their footer. All you need to do is use your built in e-mail filter (proc mail rules) and you can flag all suspect spam and place it in a spam folder.

I'm also wondering how they're verifying that the user really has what they think. For instance, say the user has a wireless network card, and some neighbor is leaching of their connection. I would think they could just plead their version of the 5th. I think they would have to rely on harder evidence, like confiscating their machine.
Ok, so if 150 major spammer are responsible for 90% of all the spam I get, can someone please tell me the 150 ip addresses of the spammers so I can block them all!!

As long as Kevin Costner isn't starring in it, it'll make money.
