That is why people submitted it. They read too much into the tagging of the release. As subsequent mail noted, the release is not yet out and tags may be slid. Release notes are not directly linked. Simple enough?

I think I heard after Qt 2 was announced as OSS that Debian was considering including KDE as an option. I have no clue whether they actually will or not, though.

They tried, a good while back -- had to go back to Solaris though, NT "wasn't scalable enough."
