Apparently you can mangle the adress enough to cause Postfix to shutdown and simply restarting won't solve the problem. You have to remove the offending e-mail from the que.
With all the work going on with stem cell research now I bet it's not long til you can grow a skull from a strand of hair. Then just slap a face on it.
