Your statements are mostly correct, but I fail to see how you come to the conclusion that it's "a load of..." Yes, people are socialized differently. But the Myers Briggs does not claim that people are born with these type differences. It merely helps you identify personality characteristics in order to help you deal with other people as people. The type indicator allows you to learn about how you and other people do socialize and interact with one another. No one is trying to put all human beings into clean categories, but people undeniably have many characteristics in common.
