I noticed this in 10.2.3 as well, VERY annoying.It used to be so nice and smoth. However in fullscreen (QT for example) it's nicely vbl-synced, but not while in "desktop". Do you know if anyone actually informed Apple ? I have a pbg4 with radeon 7500 mobility..
