A flat monthly fee, for 'unlimited' usage. Unless you go over their monthly Gbit upload/download limit, in which case they charge you an arm and a leg for going over.

I don't see why it wouldn't be safe, since it uses 'passive' terahertz radiation. Everything emits this radiation, according to the site.
