    You're right. I realized this after posting. I should know about OS X games. I play Quake 3, 2, and the original, The Sims (all except the pending ports of Unleashed and Online), UT, SNES9X and MAME.

    That's pretty pathetic. Try OS X out for a week. See if it grows on you. Then again you are used to Linux as your main OS. So you're tellin' me you use OS X stricly for games? Shouldn't you be using Windows for games?

    And I know there isn't supposed to be any text here, but oh what the heck, I'm a n00b @ contributing to /.
    I'de like to add that I find the /. posts regarding updates useful since I like to save cycles and packets by not having auto update set and I don't have a good habit of regularly checking. Usually /. or my friend will tell me to do so.

    As some of you may know, you can use the equivalent of Terminal.app without logging into OS X by logging in as >console it will take you to a BSD style login prompt where you have to login and can still render the same results featured in this article.
