And he's right. It kind of sticks out like sore thumb after looking at Apple's trailers which are done with considerable care and attention to detail. Makes it look like it was encoded by a rank amateur.
Doesn't this point to a fundamental flaw in the legal system in the US? There has to be a better way of making sure frivolous suits stay out of the system, while legitimate claims can be heard (we had an ~80% failure rate in a Dell laptop we used in our company--I would have loved a lawsuit for that!).
I'm not really familiar with the US legal system (not living there), but I hope the Firm launching the suit gets whacked hard for legal costs of the winning side.

That's funny. Have you seen the follow up phone: the T630? It corrects some of the major flaws of the T610/616 and guess what... It's white semitransparent plastic. Styling looks much more like the iPod now.
It looks perfect on both those browsers on the two Mac machines I have around.
