They really are, their customer service is great, I have called them and disputed a cuople of transactions, and they tell me not to pay the transaction and puts it under investigation. Within a couple of weeks they get back to you with the result. But an AMEX card costs a fortune, you can't carry a balance and most merchants hate them because their high charges. Noone is perfect...

cable modem/DSL subscribers are there
in Europe vs. the US for example?
