you're right, 4 MB are enough for internet but with more MB, you could add other services like TV (which needs 2,5 MB alone) or telephone or pay-per-view movies ... And for all of that, 4 MB are not enough.

What you say is right but you have to correct USA sq miles by putting off all no-people areas like deserts, huge national parcs and huge mountain regions. In this areas where virtually nobody lives, you don't have to invest money to put broadband service. On the contrary while in France we have one of the largest countryside area (in percentage) of Europe, there is very few area empty of people and we have to dig broadband cables everywhere.

Speaking the local language opens door in all countries. I'm french and made studies and work in England and Ireland and do you think I would have get something if I wasn't using english ? No way, I never found anybody who would speak to me in french (my french accent give them my origin) or even speak slowly without having me asking him.

No, if a PRIVATE computer has no lock on it, you still have no right to enter in it unless his proprietary accepts. Don't forget the notion of PRIVATE PROPERTY, this is one of the most important of our lives. My home is mine and the law deny anybody unauthorized to enter inside. It's the same with a private computer.

I don't agree with you. Microsoft is not responsable for what viruses written by others. Take another example : If you forget to lock your door when leaving home and if a thieve get in and stole many thing, who are responsible ? You or the thieve ? The thieve. You made the job easier for the thieve but he is still the robber, not you. If there was no robber, no virus, we would not need any lock on our door and no anti-virus and firewall on our computers.

Unemployment in France is now at 12%, and it's rising. Same in Germany. He, you're a bit late, that rate was good many years ago. Today our unemployement is 9.9% which is not good, I agree with that. And as for US, you're still a bit late as the US unemployement rate is now 6.4%. And our unemployement rate is rising as in most europeans and north-american countries. France is not loosing jobs because of the 35h law but because the global world economy is bad everywhere.

Because you don't pay for the terminal while you have to buy a computer to use internet and even if low-cost computers can be bought today, they are still very expensive compared with zero.

Who armed him at the beginning?

There are many countries who did arm Iraq many years ago.

There was France who built their nuclear reactor (destroyed later by Israel) and who sold them many weapons (missiles, aircraft, ...).

But there were also England, Germany and US who sold them many standard weapons and ... chemical and biologic weapons.

Who in terms of $$ has the most business with Iraq?

Do you really believe that the US government started this war only for humanity reasons ? As for a fact, US imports much more oil from Iraq than France does.
