Yes, I did read your posts, and I think you're an ignorant asshat. The guy had every right to use the name "Nissan" and to make money off it. It's two different industries and there's no reason why the little guy should have to close up shop just because a company selling completely different products wants the name. They aren't automatically entitled to the name just because that is the name they decided to use for their corporation. Maybe if you took a breadknife and sliced open your thick head you could realize one simple thing.

If Jack Macintosh decided that he should put his apple orchard business online promoting his "apples", Apple Computer would have no right to go after him.
