well everyone knows this will take them some time.. and i likly to lose funding by europe. Also, if we ever did get into a conflict with them everyone knows we would have a way to jam it before they could ever jam ours.
Wouldn't this just cause more space junk.... I mean if you move them to where they stay in orbit forever with minimal propulsion needed.... its just more junk up there...

oh yea it will happen... I already see it as better in so many areas... I mean the new mac os is just a gui for unix... so why not...
