I have installed SAPDB on Suse Linux in a couple hours and had no real problems for over a year. I wonder if the hardware or Installer (person) is the problem in this case. I don't realy use Red Hat Enterprise so I can't say one way or another about it, but I do use CENTOS which is based on Red Hat Enterprise. SAPDB also installs fine on Mandrake and Debian. *Shrug* My 2 cents.
Has he not heard of Novell, RedHat, Mandriva, or Ubuntu?
Well they(SCO) can't admit that they know who Novell is or else lose to the point they own Unix.
