First,is it `s DOS attack when all the program does is make a request for data to a webpage? Second,the consumption of data from the verified sites comes from spamcop lists AND is human verified. Finally third,right or wrong,each of us has the choice to either use the program,or not.
Like so many here i think this isn`t the right way to do it,but i am running the screensaver because i want things done.Law has obviously not worked,filtering works mostly and thunderbird currently doesn`t have hashcash or similar built in yet (have requested).
My trusty old sinclair spectrum still manages to hold onto dear life, it`s massive 48k of mem and the beast of a 3.5mhz Zilog cpu seems good for another 10 years at least,and my parents said in 1982 that it wouldn`t last.
Just like to point out a site i found a few months back that has been on my "daily" visiting list.
Mess is similar to mame in that it tries to emulate old classic computers,and there is a few obscure ones there.
Try it out,revel in the old school basics.
