Couple of facts:
There is (currently) no model to simulate neither weather nor climate. not regionally nor globally.
There is, at this point, no proven hint that human-released co2 has had any impact on earths climate. (see point 1)
In fact, there is no reasonable explanation for earth cooling down 'til the late 17nth century an then getting warmer.
My god, this list could continue forever....
I'm afraid you're right about SuSE being more preofessional, BUT my personal little "annoy me again in the next release, my little bug"-list just keeps getting longer and longer.
I really can't see the point in adding more and more features when the bugs just don't...

By 1944, all labs in the world together had produced less than one percent of enriched fissile material needed to build one single bomb. For this reason alone there can not have been a nuclear exposion before, say, may '45
