I see how it is legal that a company can send me something LEGALLY that I did not give them permission to.
let me put that in another way, I own my mailbox- I bought it so that I can be contacted by whom I wanted to, by a company sending me mail that I did not give permission for, they are using MY PROPERTY without MY permision--
goes for the same for phones -instead of do-not-call lists, all though good hearted, there should be do-call lists
-- the same thing should go for e-mail also, how can it be legal for a company to fill up my e-mail box that I paid for without my permission??

i always go with ogg or mp3 in general, i think its kind of like VINYL VS. CD (ogg vs typical mp3)-- with vinyl, i can PUMP it really loud and have no distortion at all, and it will sound GREAT, not to mention when its really quiet it sounds good too.. but with my cd its good when its just mid-range, nothing to loud, nothing to quiet-- with ogg and a typical 128kbps mp3, its very similar, ogg = less distortion while if you increase the bitrate of the mp3 to something close to 260 or 320kbps, i never really see much of a difference
by the way, I have only come across one portable OGG player-- are there any others??

and there is nothing wrong with selling ALREADY overclocked set-ups or overclock kits.. that's like saying adding a COLD AIR INTAKE, changing the tires or adding a computer engine management system is wrong.. its your property do what the fuck you want with it
