This needs to be the case for all research, full stop. And no 'within a year'. All published research should need to be published with free access, or not published at all.
This is a clear case of a way in which the government can help the vast majority of people and should do so.
have access to these controls because in many cases they care much more about what their students do than the parents of those students.
Johnny, I'm going to set your X-box to just an hour a week as your Theoretical Physics essay has still not been submitted.
recently i came across a site which looked like it will offer what you want, although it was still a wee bit patchy (aka as yet unfinished) last i looked At any rate, may be worth a look

The interesting thing about books is they were meant to be read. The gap between reading and being read to is close, and merits few changes, primarily the time aspect. The gap between reading and seeing however is vast. Why vocalise the description of Mr Foo when you can see him on screen? And many subtle twists rely on the fact that you can't actually see what's happening in a book.. so you fill in details.. and you find it is thrilling to find you were wrong by a later revelation which changes your whole outlook.
The point of the post is that changes must be made with a change in medium. I would never support changing a work of fiction when producing a reprint.
the moment it launches...
