After scanning the replies I'm shocked that I haven't seen the Dilbert cartoon mentioned yet, it's depiction of cube life is pretty accurate.
Oh and "The First $20 Million is Always the Hardest" was pretty good too, I know I've run into some folks in IS departments that are just as weird as the Geek Team depicted in this movie.
