Here's an idea, maybe Linus can sue SCO for misuse of a registered trademark... None of their releases have given proper credit to Linus for the Linux REGISTERED name.
Also, he might be able to claim that their "OpenLinux" is too close to the Linux trademark...

I agree (not with the tone, but the sentiment). Most of the corporate world is motivated solely by greed, and rewarded for their greed. How else do you think the U.S. had such a huge Enron collapse (and took down Arthur Anderson with it).
I personally like capitalism (I am from the U.S., so I am biased), but it definately has its HUGE issues.

SCO is hosting their site on Linux... I guess they know their own OS is not good enough to handle the load.

Suprise, we now have Microsoft giving the reason they licensed SCO Unix: They believe IBM to be the biggest threat to them.
