Haha you are so right it is great. But I guess you are not looking at the underlying message. We, Slashdot readers, want everything given to us, and nothing taken from us. Now that you realized this you can see that these comments promote this underlying ideal.
There is nothing wrong with it. After all, companies will try to do the same to us. Like Disney, Microsoft, and RIAA... etc...
We don't have to be the moral, no-double-standard idealists if no one else is going to be.
