the entire game wasn't what they hyped it to be. and it got rejected by its own players. going pay to play was a bad idea anyways in this economy. billions pay for wow and are not willing to shell out any more for another game. and its been proven free games make even more money then pay ones look at pwi for gods sakes. being the people willing to shell out thousands support the free community.

apb was hyped to be gta online. what we got was not a gta world it was not a open world only time you ever saw another player was when you did this missions or in the social area but never just walking/driving around the map. going pay to play in this market was also a frigging bad idea. so there was no committing random crimes no world of gangs messing with your day. pretty much everything they hyped this game to be was a lie.

cool they reinforce the lcd agenst breakage. but still 1 main support for the movement is another major issue, that it looks like they did not overcome. so they addressed 1 flaw in tablet laptops but not the other. a better design is not having the rotation at all. lavano is making such a design. rather then the convertible the lcd half of the laptop detaches from the body at that point its a tablet. the main support etc are left on the laptop body.

  6. Re:Don't usually say this about Dell... on Dell's 'Dual Personality' Laptop · · Score: 1

its old teck and it never fell into fever due to design flaws. a single hinge support on a lcd that's not only being opened but twisted and moved alot brakes the support quickly. lcds are also prone to cracking even ones with a extra layer of glass. hell every laptop maker have tried this in the past and every model has failed. so unless dell and someone changed the entire design of convertibles be rdy for major issues to pop up.

yea its a issue with all convertible laptop models. laptop hinges are weak enough really the case with older models. now your removing a main support in favor of making it a tablet hybrid. theirs a reason the tablet laptop market died. hp tried it years ago and the system was plagued by cracked lcds and broken hinges. in fact the only laptops i have found with reinforced hinges are the eepc. they are almost the size of the lcd itself. so unless dell is winning to spend the extra money on a reinforced hinge main support system for there tablet hybrid it will be junk after a few month of use. and dell is not known for quality hinges.

bzzt wrong. gpl says source must be available by request or public. meaning i never have to post my source on gpl software if i made any but only hand it out to people that ask of course at that point it would be pointless not to just upload it to a public server. if i do not comply with at least the asking part then you can scream gpl volition. but people never ask for anything when it comes to gpl they just demand. i bet asking dell first would have gotten a result. rather then scream gpl volition. even Microsoft when they relised there term in windows 7 was in fact gpl code they released it. and i bet someone got fired lol.
