I would say that it is more than likely that he has a poor grounding system, rather than an "illegal" amp. Poor grounding systems can cause quite abit of interference with other devices such as the tv.

If you are married and have a marriage license then you are not only married to your spouce. You are also married to the state. The state owns your children. They just let you be the care givers. The state therefore has right to do whatever they please with your children.

Sony's Sound Forge has a filter called Wave Hammer which will bring up the soft spots. Note: Wave Hammer does not come with the studio version.

The "Bug" part that I had heard about was that you couldn't replace the battery yourself. You had to send it back into Apple to get it fixed.
