Must be a lack of news today, this isn't by any means a vulnerability. Wow someone just noticed that you could make your browser report directly to the tracker. Most of the sites have anti-cheats that will catch such bogus crap.
Might show that any site running on that code is subject to the problem, but mentions nothing about ways the site-ops deal with this problem.
That would be like the phone company saying "YOU"VE WON A MILLION DOLLARS, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS BUY 50,000$ WORTH OF THIS SHITTY MERCHANDISE... etc etc" whenever you dial the wrong number.
