Using the N word might make you a jerk, but it doesn't necessarily make you a white supremacist. Just like any other nationality insult, the attempt is to insult the person being referenced. The person saying it might not care about the person's race other than trying to wind them up. Or in the case of the N word, it being CONSTANTLY used by the group is insults, to the point where some ( especially non english speakers) might consider it slang. For example, at my job, I hear the N word probably more than any other word in the English language, as a substitute for "you". I have absolutely no idea what the R word or the T word are. Additionally, the statement " heteronormative, cisnormative patriarchal systems have their roots in bigotry against marginalized groups" sounds like a college class I was forced to sit through.
I would agree with this, except we have been told for years that we don't "own" the software, we're just renting it via license. So the discs he's selling still need to be tied to a license. you can't sell something you don't own, after all.
I really don't understand this ruling. President one: I demand everyone gets (X). Presidential fiat! President two: I now say nobody gets (X). Presidential fiat! Judge: President two, you can't do that.
So do what I do: Don't buy anything from Amazon, or any other company you feel is abusing the system. I spend a significant amount of my time determining who gets my dollar. This includes decisions to pay significantly more at brick and mortar locations. Does it really affect anyone? I dunno, but I feel better knowing where money goes. Obviously, you can't be perfect.
As opposed to the blue state "nobody can afford a house, look, they're flipping on TV!", where rents grow exponentially and cries of rent control simply place additional constraints on new housing-so the poor are now homeless.
If a large number of intelligent people tried a system, and it led to dictatorial result, the problem is not that "it has never had a chance to show if it could work", it's essentially a flawed system to does not take into account human nature. But you knew that.
I intensely dislike the term "hate crime", as anything can at some point be determined to be a "hate crime". Though I have a sneaking suspicion you're just trolling anyway. PS: I'm sure Hitler had a lot of "this cannot be allowed to continue" moments as well.
You also left out, they're ordering FOOD. I worry about complaining about poor service in a restaurant for fear of my food coming out "modified", let along forcing someone to make a wedding cake.
I still do that on surveys. I have an entirely fictitious persona made up that I give information on . He's a 45 year old widowed bookbinder with 11 children, but is oddly illiterate. If you ever encounter that in a dataset, it's me!
"they are avoiding facilitating the proliferation of firearms."
Aaaaand here's the difference. The view of firearms as terrible awful things , and their use is a moral affront. They must be fought against, like child prostitution. I view them as tools that fire small pieces of metal, amoral. Now what people do with them, certainly, morality comes into play.
Let me rephrase that for you: "It normalizes and encourages people to use free speech". Sounds kinda stupid that way, huh? Like some sort of, oh, right is being taken. To you, a gun is a big scary item, sort of like the monster under the bed. It's out to get you, and you need to run. The NRA is a the Rothchilds and the Illuminatti working from the sidelines to promote a super secret agenda. In reality, it's not . Guns are normal. Using them safely IS normal. Safely repairing parts IS normal. I use YouTube all the time for breakdown videos on electronics. It's helpful
It's a combination of Virtue signalling and the whole "but we gotta do something!!!!Anything!!!". If you really wanna be confused, read this Los Angeles Times interview with students at the Florida School where the shooting happened. Then wrap your head around how people are making these people out to be heroes.
Judging by those annoying GNAA posts, it was equally ineffective. I mean, yeah, I'm not seeing the word, but the annoying text is still there and perfectly understandable.
I never understood why the couple would sue for this. Do you REALLY want someone making food for you who disagrees with your beliefs wholeheartedly? At best, it will be a subpar job. At worst, you'll be poisoned.
So someone on a tech site, with all its intricacies, can't understand that usage of a potentially dangerous device may benefit from instructional videos.
Isn't Cameron the guy who dumped his actress wife because she got old on him?
I REALLY hope you're right.

Not everyone lies on the high end of the bell curve. Roughly half are average to below average. As an educated person, you should understand this.

So in other words, you have no argument.
