Replace "whole" with "hole", and that simplifies the meaning a bit - maybe that makes more sense. Another way to put it is every group, everywhere, has someone who is willing to do really, really stupid things. Hopefully that makes more sense. The "whole" part was a bit of a pun.

If someone is breastfeeding in public, and there is a group of guys standing around staring at her exposed breasts, and talking about it - is that okay? Is that an acceptable consequence of "allowing" breastfeeding in public? Or are we going to have these "perverts" arrested for harassment, or create new laws to punish them? I'm not sure where I stand on this issue, but honestly - while I don't think it's okay for guys to do the described behavior - if we are going to start arresting people for that behavior, or come up with a new crime to charge them with - fuck it. No public breastfeeding for you. Get over it. We don't need more shit to put people away for. There is actually a point where it's responsible behavior to consider the impact of your choices on others. The line on this one is where I am unclear, and where I think the argument is - but we've got a society, right now, that makes it difficult for guys to NOT think about sex when they see a healthy breast in front of them. Either we change the culture, or we deal with the consequences in appropriate ways.

It's nice to be reminded that making shows like these actually take some talent, experience and skill. Decent programs require actors who can deliver the lines convincingly (and sympathetically), script writers who understand the difference between first and third person perspective, and editors that can figure out how to make the different camera angles show us what's being talked about, instead of what's happening somewhere else.

What am I saying? Production values on this are just bad enough, it reminds me that even the crappy shows on television have SOME work put into them.

    Thanks!

So then, you aren't a "rich" business owner, aren't even close, are you? I agree that the guy who makes your sandwich works hard. And as you said, probably even harder than you do. Probably puts in a good forty hour week, slogging through it - busy about half the time with customers, doing maintenance work and other stuff the other times. But you don't have a clue what most small business owners have to do, do you? I mean, sure, some of the businesses in the world can have rich owners that are sitting on their butts all day, playing virtual golf and yelling for their secretaries to get them another coffee, blah blah. But I call bullshit on anyone who says that average "rich" small business owner isn't worker harder than the average American. The average small business owner is putting in a good sixty hours a week, minimum, is on call at all times, usually cannot take vacations, and has been doing the job, often along with some sort of outside education, etc. for many many years. And that doesn't include all the work and education that went into getting them there in the first place. So, watch the bullshit. All those "liberals" need to get over this idea that business owners are all rich and lazy, while the "working class" are the hardest working people in our society. Seems like neither your "conservatives" nor your "liberals" know enough about the facts.
