Well over thanksgiving my roommate came back with a brand new 51" hdtv. We don't even get cable. And the ONLY channel we get with the antenna is CBS! I seriously doubt there are too many 1 channel 51" TVs around. Needless to say I've become a bit partial to some of CBS's programming, lol.
Oh and we will be getting full cable with a few HD channels come January.

I have configured Google Secure Access to connect automatically, but it's not working. What's going on?
Certain wireless LAN management utilities and older wireless LAN adapter drivers prevent Google Secure Access from detecting that you're connected to the Google WiFi network. In this case it will not connect automatically, and you should connect manually to ensure the privacy and security of your network traffic.
Will Google Secure Access work at other locations?
While Google Secure Access should work, we have not tested it at other locations.

Actually, hooking up the video out to a digital camera, VCR, or another computer would produce a video of much better quality than today's "screeners." Today's movie piracy for anything not on DVD yet is pretty much entirely screeners or maybe an internal copy here and there.
So yeah, now there's something better than some guy sitting in a theater in Korea taping it on his camcorder.

At my university, the most common use for emails is contacting profs, sending and recieving student organization news and updates, schoolwork, and other more "formal" dialogues and communications just like the article indicates. If I'm going to get a hold of a friend, I use AIM. On the other hand, I frequently receive emails from my grandfather, most of which are the typical chain letter types that have circled through every church listserv in five states.
My cousin was coming home from Southwest Texas State University for Christmas. He fell asleep at the wheel due to lack of sleep from finals that day and rolled his car 5 times over (at 75 mph on 290 going to Houston). As this happened the computer fell out of a broken window at some point. The cd drives, case cover, and other various parts flew everywhichway. The car was totalled, but he made it out with just a few scratches, and surprisingly enough, his computer, once reassembled worked fine! Everything, the cd drive, pci cards, everything except the monitor which was shattered to pieces. He still uses it to this day.
