Fearful ninnies like you are the reason why India has been a walkover for every foreign invader that ever bothered to cross the border.
Grow a pair man. You are giving up your privacy and your freedoms for an illusion of security.
If you've ever had anything to do with Honorable Government of India, you will know that this sort of acess to private communications will be used to pursue terrorists 1% of the time, and the remaining 99% of the time, intelligence babus will be snooping on messages of rival political parties and the pretty girl next door.
You are referring to an entirely different issue then, which is accountability. What I am saying is I don't see why Indian Government can't access RIM's servers while other nations can
India faces as much terrorism risk as any other nation, Indian security forces need to be able to access information that they need in order to prevent acts of terrorism. I can see cases where the information will be abused but such risks are no match for the benefits.
I recall watching a documentary on the Mumbai terrorist attacks from 2 years ago where we can hear the chilling instructions to kill hostages being given to the terrorists on the ground from *our friends across the border*. Such evidence would be impossible to get if the intelligence agencies do not get access to communications data.
From the article:
"The second beta announcement from our team was the availability of the System Center Operations Manager 2007 Connectors for HP OpenView (Unix/Windows) and IBM Tivoli Enterprise Console (TEC)."
Given that Tivoli Enterprise Console is soon to be replaced with Tivoli Netcool OMNIbus, why would MS spend time developing connectors to TEC? I don't see the point.
So you are pissed off that there aren't many Americans in the list and do not think Chess is a worthy enough. But I am sure you would call the San Antonio Spurs 'The World Champions' in Basketball even though USA was beaten black and blue during the Olympics (yeah I know many stars pulled out, but the team that played represented USA).
You can attribute the lack of Top 100 chess players from America to the fact that it isn't as popular in the US, stop blaming the game or the list.
Well, for all the money that the financial institutions and banks rob from average people like me, they can afford to pay another billion dollars if you ask me.

"Whoops, just kidding," You shouldn't be 'kidding about disasters such as this.
