Obviously you were attempting humor, however, when trying to be funny you should put at least a modicum of effort into it. The fact that we have a fossil record at all is great case for gravity. The fact that gravity can be observed first-hand and without any specialized equipment pretty much proves it exists. Your didactic rant to poke fun at Intelligent Design fell flat. Next time you attempt to employ apagoge you will need to make a much better showing.
I'm not saying Mozilla can't use a "best guess" like IE, KHTML, etc. do, but best guess is just a guess.
I've found a handful of pages that Mozilla doesn't render correctly, and a few times I've needed to use that pages so I had to load IE. I'm not saying Mozilla didn't have a bug causing the pages to be displayed incorrectly, but I believe it is poorly-coded HTML that tripped up Mozilla, or IE "enhanced" web-sites, which is really bad.
Of course if it said something like "Linux-based" or whatever people would think it was actually Linux, or close enough to not cause any compatability issues with "true Linux."
UNIX might be a generic term to most, but it's not as if TOG has aided in that trend by sitting idle. They have tried to protect their trademark. This would be a different situation if the UNIX trademark was never protected except in this instance.
Apple, like Microsoft, is a very greedy company. Not that trying to make a buck is bad, but they are just greedy. Apple sure wouldn't want someone using the term "Apple/Macintosh ease of use" when describing a program because Apple has spent a lot of money trying to get across the point that Apple/Mac is easier to use than a PC, even though personally I don't feel they are even *AS EASY* but whatever.
Isn't this close enough to "Sim City" to have Maxis suing the GTA guys? Now, if Maxis can make "Grand Theft Sim" that would be pretty sweet.

try W3C's HTML Validator and you'll see your page has errors.
