Why do you use the cellphone when driving? Can't you just pull over for five minutes?
In the first place why do you drive, when you can there walking? Can't you just walk for five more hours?

I read your post and basically you are saying: a) I work for disney but I post as anonymous so you have to believe me. b) Disney is evil. Why? You give no concise reasons.
Well, I would tell you that if you don't like Disney don't work for them and if you hate Disney don't buy anything from them, but please don't try to convince us that an entertainment company is going to ruin our lives!

Besides these are soupposed to be really really cheap. So where do you think the money is? Selling one device to every customer or selling one device every day to every customer?
I would think about selling content every minute to every customer which cannot be done with actual paper magazines or newspapers.

    c) a valid political reason

well, If you consider all your privacy goes away because a cookie from google, you better stop using cellular phones, regular telephone lines, credit cards, internet connections from private places, snail mail, bank accounts, and ahh! don't you go walking through city streets, there are cameras monitoring your activity....
Once you've done all this you will find yourself living alone in a forest, then you can surely shout out loud "I'm free!!!" but,
be careful don't shout to loud, threre might be some satellite monitoring forests for people who try to live aside from the system! Good luck

No, I think you miss the whole point. It's not about hardware or software, it's never been. I think it's about launching a product better than your competitors and making people aware of your name, brand and style.
If you launch a google clone it won't work if it's not much faster or much precise, google has the experience and the market base, when someone comes with a new engine it will need to attract peoples attention and that is worth billions!

  13. what about al-Qaeda? on Australia Vulnerable to Korean Hacking Army · · Score: 0, Redundant

I think it's much more dangerous a dispersed group like al-qaeda that doesn't have any centralized structure but can act as a big group. Korea is not a big threat because they don't have the education to form 500 hackers nor the resources. But al-qaeda members are going to our universities and using the same broadband conections we use.
I would focus on protecting systems rather than trying to spot hackers.
