The experience will definately pay off more in the long run. I've worked little crap jobs for a couple of years that didn't pay much, they were lots of fun though, and now I've landed a decent paying job, for a college student at least, because of it.
I'm probably not going to have as much fun in college as others, but I'll have a nice looking resume when I graduate.
Just don't steal from the company. I had a friend who did that, and now he's SOL with the companies here.
