Nothing of the nebular theory works. Comets are not dirty snowballs and we have the data to prove it now. The physics for the universe is easily explained by electrical functions we commonly use for our industry but then... What could we possibly know even if our electrical theories work? How much more has to collapse around the scientific community before the realize that planets frequently are torn apart into space giving birth to new planets? How much more data like Stereo B and such has to come out before we see the electrical activity in 3-D and accept it? Anyway keep up the good hints, maybe someday they will get it.
This is a way for the industrialists who already are depressing salaries by pushing into the market illegal aliens, H-1B's etc to depress it even more. What you do here is remove apparently from the worker any evidence of his cost to the system and of course he is "free".
Of course what choice do Americans have. If they don't, their government is already running a trade war against them. In this case it shifts the disaster from the individual to the state. (Not the USA as a whole though) It also make sure the legacy persons in the field are washed out even sooner.
A little noted fact of the cold war is that a very large amount of the US total electrical generation capacity is in the TVA region (Tennessee River - Dependent) The loss of this reactor is serious as the whole USA has no reserve capacity at peak load and with the heat wave over the East USA this is a critical loss. If it were the only reactor in danger this might be of no concern. The US TVA operates 5 big reactors and numerous coal fired plants all of which have the Tennessee River at thermal capacity to cool them and the river is dropping daily.
If heavy sustained rain does not fall on the Tennessee River Valley over the next 3 to 4 months an event which is historically unlikely, the loss of something close to 15 times the Browns Ferry reactor in capacity is likely to hit the USA. There is nothing to pick up the load. The loss of this one reactor is nearly equal to all the wind energy the USA generates. This loss threatens the operations of every one of the 48 US States. With the possible loses in Alabama Power pools and their reactors etc as well as Georgia Power, this poses the very real risk of cutting the energy supply of the USA by a very large fraction. As I write the North Alabama region is short 60 inches of rain over the past 18 months. The US TVA has been drawing down storage for 5 years now. There is no reserve and little prospect of one for some years to come.
I had warning of this imminent event when the City of Huntsville requested from TVA more water for its treatment plant and was turned down for supply. I knew then that the supply was gone.
The issue of things moving faster than light isn't new or a major discovery Cerenkov radiation has long been known to be particles slowing down to the speed of light.

Well all this line deserves is a good Dah! After all everybody knows that the natural selection of the human race is producing higher (Intelligence? --> Probably not!) survival for the human race. Well that was what the scientists (High IQ types) said anyway. Then again were they assisting the survival of the race? Don't take any of this too seriously I am just teasing here. But if it gets you thinking well you probably didn't get enough sex.
It does make one wonder about the evolutionary development of the human race though. If more intelligent people have less sex, then I suppose they have fewer kids and are being bred out of the human race anyway. Maybe we should reverse that classic poster of the development of man.
Since I have on my computer the software for many of the major voting machine companies and I worked reviewing it for one of our big US States, (Not California) I might have a thing or two to say on the issue.
The first thing to understand is that the audits under the voluntary national standard for voting machine software do nothing about securing a ballot. The next thing to understand is that the public authorities don't want secure software on voting machines. -As politely as it can be said- Who in the hell do you think steals elections? --- Not the voters I can assure you! It is election officials. Next you have to understand that the purpose of modern voting machines isn't to prevent errors, it is to eliminate any evidence that they happened. Next you have to understand that some company or another wants to sell all the machines to run the election and that they don't want the election officials to be able to buy machines by another brand without having to go to the cost of ripping out the entire system by its roots and halting the whole world. In short they want to hold the political agents hostage to their company and make them pay through the nose on every election. How else does a scanner machine which might be worth $200 become a machine worth $30,000?
Now that we have identified the motives in play here and there may be a few more nasty habits around like companies wanting to control political events..... Lets get down to the brass tacks here! Any election system worth anything should have some of the following attributes and possibly some more.
(1) It must be machine independent. So that any device that fails can be easily replaced.
(2) It must be transparent in its software where anyone can see the code and see that it does what it says.
(3) It must be receipt based where it can be checked by additional 3rd party methods. Recounting must be possible and not just memory buffer checks.
(4) It should be isolated from external attack only reporting via network and protected from intrusion by device isolation. This means no USB drives and no standard internet connections etc.
(5) It must be custody of data prevented from having the political authorities being able to destroy the evidence of an election fraud.
Making elections report totals quickly accurately and with receipts and such is no problem. Technically this is very easy. I probably could write in a few days the structure and code it in a matter of months myself. I would get nowhere because the political leaders would find their methodology of stealing elections in great trouble. Unless the voters rise up and get really angry on this one, expect the development of a silent dictatorship in which you hold elections and keep on loosing to the powers that be. (Maybe it already is here????)
You obviously don't know the purpose or good use of government if you say what you are saying. Government exists in large part to define a stable playing field for business. Only ignorant fools think it shouldn't do this job.
The list of things that benefit from this includes the quality of the food you eat, the gasoline your car uses, the car itself, your house and styles of construction etc. How about ASCII? Get real the failure to have decent standards for things causes real problems. A good example is the people of the USA buying patented ink cartridges for their printers at $50 a pop when if the US government had standardized these the cost would be trivial. It is milking us dry. It wastes resources dramatically and honestly is only extortion by device. The Cell Phone companies if they were told that they had to sell service and not phones and that they couldn't sell that service under unrealistic market terms they would do fine doing business by good means.
Here is a good example of the stupidity of arguments like yours. In 1979 the USA passed the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The Banking industry decried the law as a monster that would put them out of the credit card business because it produces triplicate damages plus legal fees on collection issues and shifted the burden of proof to the card company. Suddenly the companies quit making money off of fraud and the industry took off making money. The failure to apply this to debit has debit card dangerous and many people are afraid to use checks because of this. I will not use a debit card because of this. (There is not any consumer protection on debit cards and don't believe the bank ads about protection it isn't real.) A truly free market is one free of devices to steal and devices to extort. That takes government! While I will gladly and happily support minimal government where possible there are real places and real jobs for government.
The system is rigged against the consumer because the idiotic masses have bought into the idea that there is some sort of "Free Enterprise" or that there is some sort of "American Tech Edge". These beliefs are idiotic delusions of fools or dupes. In any case there are solutions to the fact that America has a truly backwards and over priced cell phone system.
These are:
(1) We need to legislate against the companies locking phones.
(2) We need to legislate against charging for overages on plans at rates higher than the PRORATA rate of minutes etc under the plan.
(3) We need to legislate that the companies may not have plans lasting over 30 days.
(4) We need to require that all services be included in the plan such as Internet, Phone and such at a set of clearly defined prices that are published and which are not setup into plans that cannot interact well.
(5) We also need to legislate that reception of a call is free. This is the law in much of the world. I mean including of Text messages etc. Any transmission to you should not charge against any minutes etc. This is the law in many parts of the world.
If it is not obvious, the cell companies construct these plans to be confusing and to cause overages. If the companies could not set people up for awesome overages and could not set them up for tricks on service etc, they would quit the game and treat people right.
This all is a matter of setting the ground rules for play and letting the companies bat in the game that the consumer gives them.
You obviously don't know what you are talking about. I have seen this device work with real people. What you didn't know when you read my post is that the Sports Medicine experts have been using this technology for some time now. Hang on there! This logic of combinations of drugs and such has been tried for a long time. The results always rapidly decline in value. Even if this combination works for now, it will fail in a short period of time.
There is a better way! the USA Laser guys have a tool that could best be described as the Atom Bomb of medicine. It is a very simple system that exposes a person to an intense short duration flash from an IR laser. This device does several wonderful things. The first is that it essentially sterilizes the exposed zone of the person from most bacteria and virus agents. This is really profound and very nearly instantaneous. Antibiotics are well named. They are anti-life. This problem with using them in treatment means that their use is a trade off between the death they cause in a patient vs the death they cause in the infectious agent. Wouldn't something better be a good idea?
Patrick hasn't checked out the solar wind lately. It leaves the sun at a fairly slow pace and accelerates all the way out. Now this doesn't follow any of the known theories that are accepted by the Mods on this website. In the fall of 2005 one CME left the sun at 10,000 km/hr and passed the earth doing a fine fast 75,000 km/second (Yes I do know the speeds here) and it passed Saturn going a fine 150,00 km/second. Now unless Patrick has figured out how to reverse the Newtonian laws of motion, this isn't possible or maybe all the Mods and comments like his on this site are wrong. Well we will be polite and say maybe there is something else going on that these guys don't know.

This team has their own investment money. This team is trying to prove out for a European Patent which requires a process of proving the technology. This team has already laid out that this will be open source. This team has already laid out that they will be licensing development to prevent the control by governments and super corps. The arguments that we cannot poison the earth or destroy the environment should have died with the 1960's. I have seen Nitro West Virginia when the sky was raining Sulphuric Acid. I have seen Butte Montana and Copper Hill Tennessee where the Copper mines killed everything for 50 miles. I have seen the Potomac River when Paper Mill bleach poisoned it at Luke Maryland. I have seen Birmingham Alabama when with a 30 mile per hour wind you still couldn't see across the city for the steel mill smoke. The environment can be screwed up by man. The Oil companies know this! I was told by a Shell Oil Exploration Geologist in Mobile Bay area that they were not afraid of running out of oil. They were afraid of running out of air to burn! All of this being said, we need to contain the Oil and Coal industries for many reasons. They are not the enemies however; they tend to act like them.
The threat of the emissions of CO2 into the environment is a straw man. It isn't real. The threat of poisoning our rivers and streams and burning up too much oxygen is real. CO2 levels per fossil evidence indicates that the creation of coal occurred at a time when the lush growing lively earth was nearly 10 times more alive per square foot than now. It also indicates that CO2 levels may have been 20 times current levels. Why on earth can't we shoot at the real problems.
When the trade deals went down in the late 1990's and have continued to this day, China and several Asian countries exploded in emissions of pollution of all types. What happened was US Based Companies who had limits on pollution in the USA simply moved with modern capital to China where they could do even more pollution than has been done ever before in the history of mankind. They have nearly killed the region and even the Pacific Ocean in the Region of Asia is dying. Why not wake up to the fact that this is what is going on. If we set rules for the US production of items, why not demand that US imports must meet our standards as well in their production? This is the real issue. The USA has exported its production and multiplied its pollution by trade deals.
Actually domestically we need to consider the fact that most of our production of such pollution is related to agriculture and is in fact an export of the USA to the rest of the world! US domestic use of fuel etc is only about 10% of the US demand. The rest is for export and Europe who is so fussy right now is exporting their pollution to the USA and fussing at the demand in the USA which is really their demand.
Never underestimate the power of human stupidity. As the computer singularity approaches the human stupidity that grows out of it accelerates. The resulting situation nullifies the singularity.
I suppose if we actually replicate the processes of the human brain in a chip or such we may begin to have artificial intelligence. At this time however; nothing we have even resembles this. The process we use to extract information from sensor data at this time has no capacity to develop information without being preloaded with it. The process grows in demand on the process geometrically as new items are added to the information list. (HINT HINT!!!!!) No danger exists as long as this reality continues of competition by computers to human "intelligence."

Fact: the IR mapping of these storms shows that these "High Towers" are not hotter but colder than any other segment of the storm. Question: Has anyone done a calculation of the mass and temperature of the hot air expelled from a hurricane and found it yet?!!! Remember that the volume of the expelled air due to altitude should be more than 100 times that of sea level air. Its temperature should correspond in a large storm like this to the detonation of a 50 Megaton Hydrogen Bomb about every 10 minutes. We shouldn't miss this hot spot on any thermal IR scan.

For the record the IR measurement of the towers of a Hurricane often reach far below -135 F. It is pretty cold up there. Yes expansion of air at altitude should cool it but like the old "Where's the beef!?" question where's the heat?

Why don't you open your eyes dude! The reality of the world and the universe is that we observe the current flows and we observe these effects. The solar wind for example would slow down if the nuclear model of the sun was true. It accelerates as do items in an highly energized current flow. (This is how a particle accelerator works!)
Try getting a grip. The reality is that nothing is working like the standard physics model says. The data is getting stronger and stronger out there that the universe is electrical. All of the data is coming back saying this. Nothing says the old model and I do mean nothing. The old model is completely broken. It is bad science. For example just try to form a star out of gas. It will dissipate in space. There is no mass center for the G force to localize on. Then assume you are going to light up the star by nuclear process. Then you get a sputter and then it blows apart losing mass until it doesn't work at all. Supposing that it somehow managed to do this cyclically for a while it would never do more than sit there and be a low level event. You simply cannot run a star this way. It would blow itself apart. Finally get real. The EM Force is 10^38 times stronger than the supposed G force driver for the Universe. So it gets ignored! Try it runs the place.

This says something that was absolutely necessary for the universe to have any energy. That is that the Universe is COP > 1. Bluntly it is over unity. It also explains the missing neutrinos and such in the Solar Atomic model. Simply stated the Sun is a standard planet with a mostly Iron/Nickel makeup with some rocky material. It is about 1,000 times more dense than the gravity estimates of its mass propose. This is because the discharge of this very large N-Machine form at the solar surface is as observed a Gravity shield causing the sun to appear much less dense. It also says the "Gas Giants" are not also. Observers should note that meteors, comets, and asteroids are all the same thing and bluntly they are welding spatter as the massive electrical currents discharge against the surface of the sun. Take a look for yourself.
This explains nearly everything in the universe including the impossibility of every having any energy to do anything it the Universe wasn't COP > 1. This issue of what makes the atmosphere glow and why is very important and it is why the SOHO is up and why the Stereo B Mission is up and a lot more. Simply stated the data I was giving out was very real data and very much based on what is being learned. Would somebody up there in the moderation pick up my parent on the 2nd layer up and get rid of their stupid moderation. It really is awful that these people just don't want anything else but what they believe.
Actually the answer here lies in a very simple understanding of the earth and why the sky is blue. The reason is extremely simple. The sky is blue because it is fluorescent in the blue and green bands due to X and UV radiation emissions from the sun affecting the lower atmosphere (Generally below 60,000 feet). This process produces a strong optical appearance of a "Blue Sky" but for exactly the same reason that the the primary paint colors are Red Yellow and Blue while the light primary colors are Red Green and Blue (See your color Video Monitor for details) this makes plants green. They are focused on the primary solar emission that is near omni directional during the daytime on earth.
I know somebody will argue that the sky is blue due to scattering. It isn't! It is blue because it glows. This is obvious at higher altitudes. By 45,000 feet in flight, the upper sky is black. The glow is obvious. This is also obvious by shots from the space station of the curve of the earth. It actually has color layers.
This process of atmosphere glows is responsible for the massive bloom of life in the arctic regions of the earth. The Aurora produce a strong set of emissions in the UV and IR bands that supply the life with its energy. The emission strength in the Arctic bands near the Aurora is nearly equal on a 24/7 basis to the emissions of light received at the tropical regions. These blooms of life associated with light are 1:1 and obvious. The Temperate Latitudes get most of this Blue Sky glow on earth and they get it seasonally. The result is that the region grows the most plant life. The Arctic regions get their glow on a fairly cyclic basis which is associated with March 21 and Sept 21. This corresponds to the migrations and breeding seasons of the animals and plants in the regions. This is also why they tend to be off synchronization with the normal "solar cycle".
These emissions of the atmosphere are related to Plasma Charges approaching the earth in space and with the non-visible emissions of the sun being converted to visible emissions. The sun in space is actually in the visible band quite a dim star. On earth it is much brighter due to the conversion of frequencies.
Since my father was one of the team that sent men to the moon. I know a bit more about simulation and testing than the average bird. On Redstone Arsenal (near Huntsville, Alabama) stands a building where they did full mock up shake testing of the Saturn V rocket. I appreciate the intent of people who wish to do full computer simulations. These are getting very good and they delete with the need for many simple tests. Nothing substitutes for the real thing and doing real tests. This was a 37 story rocket they were launching.
The remark about decimal points is valid. Everyone forgets that the only math that truly exists is integer math. We enjoy using approximations using floating point math but that is all that these are. They are approximations. The list of errors that arises out of these approximations is long. This math only operates well within about 3 decimal places and then it begins to develop progressive errors.
In Apollo mission computer programming there was a decision made not to attempt over 5 decimal places in navigation and simply to do correction measurement over time. It worked like a charm. It was possible to calculate much more finely but in reality the measurements were not more valuable. Nothing was to be gained by the determination of 11 decimal places that the mission required for accuracy.
Shaking a 275 ton building will hold as a good approximation for that size range but will not do too well in estimation of a 275,000,000 ton building. It will require actual measuring of such a building. There are many such approximations that come up that people do not consider. For example the velocity of the top of a building is different than the bottom. In really big buildings level and plumb have to bend for the earth. In really big buildings what is the pull of the tide? All sorts of things like that begin to have significant value
Ok, just for the record, I know of one inventor who tried this route. Even when the scientists were given his devices to test and ask only to publish their reports they would meet him in private and say it worked, but in public, well they wouldn't say a thing. At this time he has spend over $1,000,000 on trying to get a scientific jury to do tests and report the results. Maybe soon but not today! His device uses proven planetary flyby methodology with magnets and it works.
Joe Flynn's technology is known by him and Boeing Phantom Works to be well into this arena yet they are terrified to admit it in published locations. I know of more than this.
I also know how cruel the scientific establishment is. They nearly ran out of the profession the MD who discovered Stomach Ulcers were bacterially caused. It took nearly 20 years after his discovery before they would let his work be published. I could go on and on with real stories like these and nobody would believe them even if I gave names and dates unless they wanted to.
I have seen obvious outright contradictions in published articles showing that Einstein's Special Relativity is a messed up theory. I get whacked as troll if I even point out that that is for real what an article that is referenced in/. says. Don't expect a peer-reviewed journal to say much of the truth.
Mercury is a known toxin of serious danger in microscopic amounts. Yet the American Dental Association still supports its use in people even though it is an obvious danger. In fact it is very dangerous and they will run out of the profession any dentist that even admits that fact. I guess they are just mad as a hatter at the truth.
Don't say or imagine that seeing reality is legal in the peer-reviewed journals. It is a fact of their process that in order to publish an idea it must already be "proved" by other published articles. As a result you are not allowed a new discovery or observation.
This brings up a very simple fact in the US Constitution. It says plainly "No warrant shall issue without probable cause." Now this may not seem simple to people but it really is. It means that nobody shall be arrested (Yes traffic offenses too!) without probable cause. Probable cause is the obvious to all reality that someone has been or is most likely going to be injured at any moment as a result of the behavior of the party being arrested. There is absolutely no way on this earth that this determination can be made by a traffic camera. How on earth does a camera at an intersection know if the Police officer is doing his job properly and safely or not? How on earth can it judge if the risk he has taken in running the red light is one which is not relative to the situation? It cannot. Thus all warrants by traffic cameras are by definition void because they did not have probable cause. Merely speeding or passing a red light is not probable cause. That requires a determination of valid purpose etc.
I wonder how many very useful ideas like this one there is lying around right now?

Working on the energy problem I have become aware every day how things can be known and yet nothing done about them. I know of 11 technologies that all work quite well and all of them produce energy without fuel. It is like pulling teeth and as popular as do it yourself root canal work to get investors to pony up to get any work done. Then come the "Physics Police." These are people like the loons who moderate down any comment that points out any theoretical flaws in their belief system. Don't believe me? Every time I disclose that something is wrong with the Einstein SR theory I get the "Troll" whacked on me. I am only trying to help people learn what is really going on. That is neither troll nor unfriendly.
Just to be fair for the guys who keep saying that such is not possible. I know of 3 devices that generate electricity from solid state devices and use no fuel. I know of 2 fully built and working electric motor designs. One is 7:1 over unity and the other is 3.5 over unity. All in all I would say that there is substantial evidence that the Physics Police don't know what they are talking about.
Spare the heckling about if you can do this.... Like any other technology this stuff takes time and money. It also is quite tedious. No! I didn't invent these technologies though I know how to use them. The players in this are not minor players either. There are some really big players in the field already. This is all coming in good time. Well sometime anyway. I suspect later than sooner.

Nothing of the nebular theory works. Comets are not dirty snowballs and we have the data to prove it now. The physics for the universe is easily explained by electrical functions we commonly use for our industry but then... What could we possibly know even if our electrical theories work? How much more has to collapse around the scientific community before the realize that planets frequently are torn apart into space giving birth to new planets? How much more data like Stereo B and such has to come out before we see the electrical activity in 3-D and accept it? Anyway keep up the good hints, maybe someday they will get it.
This is a way for the industrialists who already are depressing salaries by pushing into the market illegal aliens, H-1B's etc to depress it even more. What you do here is remove apparently from the worker any evidence of his cost to the system and of course he is "free".
Of course what choice do Americans have. If they don't, their government is already running a trade war against them. In this case it shifts the disaster from the individual to the state. (Not the USA as a whole though) It also make sure the legacy persons in the field are washed out even sooner.
A little noted fact of the cold war is that a very large amount of the US total electrical generation capacity is in the TVA region (Tennessee River - Dependent) The loss of this reactor is serious as the whole USA has no reserve capacity at peak load and with the heat wave over the East USA this is a critical loss. If it were the only reactor in danger this might be of no concern. The US TVA operates 5 big reactors and numerous coal fired plants all of which have the Tennessee River at thermal capacity to cool them and the river is dropping daily.
If heavy sustained rain does not fall on the Tennessee River Valley over the next 3 to 4 months an event which is historically unlikely, the loss of something close to 15 times the Browns Ferry reactor in capacity is likely to hit the USA. There is nothing to pick up the load. The loss of this one reactor is nearly equal to all the wind energy the USA generates. This loss threatens the operations of every one of the 48 US States. With the possible loses in Alabama Power pools and their reactors etc as well as Georgia Power, this poses the very real risk of cutting the energy supply of the USA by a very large fraction. As I write the North Alabama region is short 60 inches of rain over the past 18 months. The US TVA has been drawing down storage for 5 years now. There is no reserve and little prospect of one for some years to come.
I had warning of this imminent event when the City of Huntsville requested from TVA more water for its treatment plant and was turned down for supply. I knew then that the supply was gone.

The issue of things moving faster than light isn't new or a major discovery Cerenkov radiation has long been known to be particles slowing down to the speed of light.Of course: This is going to tick off the pro Einstein moderation nuts on this site. Hopefully somebody moderate the other way.
Well all this line deserves is a good Dah! After all everybody knows that the natural selection of the human race is producing higher (Intelligence? --> Probably not!) survival for the human race. Well that was what the scientists (High IQ types) said anyway. Then again were they assisting the survival of the race? Don't take any of this too seriously I am just teasing here. But if it gets you thinking well you probably didn't get enough sex.
It does make one wonder about the evolutionary development of the human race though. If more intelligent people have less sex, then I suppose they have fewer kids and are being bred out of the human race anyway. Maybe we should reverse that classic poster of the development of man.
Since I have on my computer the software for many of the major voting machine companies and I worked reviewing it for one of our big US States, (Not California) I might have a thing or two to say on the issue.
The first thing to understand is that the audits under the voluntary national standard for voting machine software do nothing about securing a ballot. The next thing to understand is that the public authorities don't want secure software on voting machines. -As politely as it can be said- Who in the hell do you think steals elections? --- Not the voters I can assure you! It is election officials. Next you have to understand that the purpose of modern voting machines isn't to prevent errors, it is to eliminate any evidence that they happened. Next you have to understand that some company or another wants to sell all the machines to run the election and that they don't want the election officials to be able to buy machines by another brand without having to go to the cost of ripping out the entire system by its roots and halting the whole world. In short they want to hold the political agents hostage to their company and make them pay through the nose on every election. How else does a scanner machine which might be worth $200 become a machine worth $30,000?
Now that we have identified the motives in play here and there may be a few more nasty habits around like companies wanting to control political events..... Lets get down to the brass tacks here! Any election system worth anything should have some of the following attributes and possibly some more.
(1) It must be machine independent. So that any device that fails can be easily replaced.
(2) It must be transparent in its software where anyone can see the code and see that it does what it says.
(3) It must be receipt based where it can be checked by additional 3rd party methods. Recounting must be possible and not just memory buffer checks.
(4) It should be isolated from external attack only reporting via network and protected from intrusion by device isolation. This means no USB drives and no standard internet connections etc.
(5) It must be custody of data prevented from having the political authorities being able to destroy the evidence of an election fraud.
Making elections report totals quickly accurately and with receipts and such is no problem. Technically this is very easy. I probably could write in a few days the structure and code it in a matter of months myself. I would get nowhere because the political leaders would find their methodology of stealing elections in great trouble. Unless the voters rise up and get really angry on this one, expect the development of a silent dictatorship in which you hold elections and keep on loosing to the powers that be. (Maybe it already is here????)
You obviously don't know the purpose or good use of government if you say what you are saying. Government exists in large part to define a stable playing field for business. Only ignorant fools think it shouldn't do this job.
The list of things that benefit from this includes the quality of the food you eat, the gasoline your car uses, the car itself, your house and styles of construction etc. How about ASCII? Get real the failure to have decent standards for things causes real problems. A good example is the people of the USA buying patented ink cartridges for their printers at $50 a pop when if the US government had standardized these the cost would be trivial. It is milking us dry. It wastes resources dramatically and honestly is only extortion by device. The Cell Phone companies if they were told that they had to sell service and not phones and that they couldn't sell that service under unrealistic market terms they would do fine doing business by good means.
Here is a good example of the stupidity of arguments like yours. In 1979 the USA passed the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The Banking industry decried the law as a monster that would put them out of the credit card business because it produces triplicate damages plus legal fees on collection issues and shifted the burden of proof to the card company. Suddenly the companies quit making money off of fraud and the industry took off making money. The failure to apply this to debit has debit card dangerous and many people are afraid to use checks because of this. I will not use a debit card because of this. (There is not any consumer protection on debit cards and don't believe the bank ads about protection it isn't real.) A truly free market is one free of devices to steal and devices to extort. That takes government! While I will gladly and happily support minimal government where possible there are real places and real jobs for government.
The system is rigged against the consumer because the idiotic masses have bought into the idea that there is some sort of "Free Enterprise" or that there is some sort of "American Tech Edge". These beliefs are idiotic delusions of fools or dupes. In any case there are solutions to the fact that America has a truly backwards and over priced cell phone system.
These are:
(1) We need to legislate against the companies locking phones.
(2) We need to legislate against charging for overages on plans at rates higher than the PRORATA rate of minutes etc under the plan.
(3) We need to legislate that the companies may not have plans lasting over 30 days.
(4) We need to require that all services be included in the plan such as Internet, Phone and such at a set of clearly defined prices that are published and which are not setup into plans that cannot interact well.
(5) We also need to legislate that reception of a call is free. This is the law in much of the world. I mean including of Text messages etc. Any transmission to you should not charge against any minutes etc. This is the law in many parts of the world.
If it is not obvious, the cell companies construct these plans to be confusing and to cause overages. If the companies could not set people up for awesome overages and could not set them up for tricks on service etc, they would quit the game and treat people right.
This all is a matter of setting the ground rules for play and letting the companies bat in the game that the consumer gives them.
You obviously don't know what you are talking about. I have seen this device work with real people. I have seen it cause regrowth of skin on patients with IDDM on large wounds which would not have healed. What you didn't know when you read my post is that the Sports Medicine experts have been using this technology for some time now. Hang on there! This logic of combinations of drugs and such has been tried for a long time. The results always rapidly decline in value. Even if this combination works for now, it will fail in a short period of time.
There is a better way! the USA Laser guys have a tool that could best be described as the Atom Bomb of medicine. It is a very simple system that exposes a person to an intense short duration flash from an IR laser. This device does several wonderful things. The first is that it essentially sterilizes the exposed zone of the person from most bacteria and virus agents. This is really profound and very nearly instantaneous. The next effect is by photoelectric effect it takes the cells of the person in the area exposed and drives them up to full operational energy essentially stopping any tissue destruction cascades.

Yes our soldiers exposed to traumatic brain injury could be healed this way because the laser is intense enough to shine right through a person's head. This system also supports rapid tissue healing at rates in the order of 10 times normal. Tissue differentiation to the correct tissue type rather than scar or adhesion types is also greatly improved.
Antibiotics are well named. They are anti-life. This problem with using them in treatment means that their use is a trade off between the death they cause in a patient vs the death they cause in the infectious agent. Wouldn't something better be a good idea?
Patrick hasn't checked out the solar wind lately. It leaves the sun at a fairly slow pace and accelerates all the way out. Now this doesn't follow any of the known theories that are accepted by the Mods on this website. In the fall of 2005 one CME left the sun at 10,000 km/hr and passed the earth doing a fine fast 75,000 km/second (Yes I do know the speeds here) and it passed Saturn going a fine 150,00 km/second. Now unless Patrick has figured out how to reverse the Newtonian laws of motion, this isn't possible or maybe all the Mods and comments like his on this site are wrong. Well we will be polite and say maybe there is something else going on that these guys don't know.

This team has their own investment money. This team is trying to prove out for a European Patent which requires a process of proving the technology. This team has already laid out that this will be open source. This team has already laid out that they will be licensing development to prevent the control by governments and super corps. This team is well funded. This team is NOT following any of the "Fraud" or "Fake" technology pattern.
This device which is really nothing more nor less than the exact same technology that NASA uses for orbital flyby which is how we get probes into deep space is just an application in electromagnetic fields rather than G fields. The arguments that we cannot poison the earth or destroy the environment should have died with the 1960's. I have seen Nitro West Virginia when the sky was raining Sulphuric Acid. I have seen Butte Montana and Copper Hill Tennessee where the Copper mines killed everything for 50 miles. I have seen the Potomac River when Paper Mill bleach poisoned it at Luke Maryland. I have seen Birmingham Alabama when with a 30 mile per hour wind you still couldn't see across the city for the steel mill smoke. The environment can be screwed up by man. The Oil companies know this! I was told by a Shell Oil Exploration Geologist in Mobile Bay area that they were not afraid of running out of oil. They were afraid of running out of air to burn! All of this being said, we need to contain the Oil and Coal industries for many reasons. They are not the enemies however; they tend to act like them.
The threat of the emissions of CO2 into the environment is a straw man. It isn't real. The threat of poisoning our rivers and streams and burning up too much oxygen is real. CO2 levels per fossil evidence indicates that the creation of coal occurred at a time when the lush growing lively earth was nearly 10 times more alive per square foot than now. It also indicates that CO2 levels may have been 20 times current levels. Why on earth can't we shoot at the real problems.When the trade deals went down in the late 1990's and have continued to this day, China and several Asian countries exploded in emissions of pollution of all types. What happened was US Based Companies who had limits on pollution in the USA simply moved with modern capital to China where they could do even more pollution than has been done ever before in the history of mankind. They have nearly killed the region and even the Pacific Ocean in the Region of Asia is dying. Why not wake up to the fact that this is what is going on. If we set rules for the US production of items, why not demand that US imports must meet our standards as well in their production? This is the real issue. The USA has exported its production and multiplied its pollution by trade deals.
Actually domestically we need to consider the fact that most of our production of such pollution is related to agriculture and is in fact an export of the USA to the rest of the world! US domestic use of fuel etc is only about 10% of the US demand. The rest is for export and Europe who is so fussy right now is exporting their pollution to the USA and fussing at the demand in the USA which is really their demand.
Never underestimate the power of human stupidity. As the computer singularity approaches the human stupidity that grows out of it accelerates. The resulting situation nullifies the singularity.
I suppose if we actually replicate the processes of the human brain in a chip or such we may begin to have artificial intelligence. At this time however; nothing we have even resembles this. The process we use to extract information from sensor data at this time has no capacity to develop information without being preloaded with it. The process grows in demand on the process geometrically as new items are added to the information list. (HINT HINT!!!!!) No danger exists as long as this reality continues of competition by computers to human "intelligence."
Keep asking questions like this one and you may get there yet. I only want to throw a monkey wrench into the works to make people see reality. Fact: the IR mapping of these storms shows that these "High Towers" are not hotter but colder than any other segment of the storm. Question: Has anyone done a calculation of the mass and temperature of the hot air expelled from a hurricane and found it yet?!!! Remember that the volume of the expelled air due to altitude should be more than 100 times that of sea level air. Its temperature should correspond in a large storm like this to the detonation of a 50 Megaton Hydrogen Bomb about every 10 minutes. We shouldn't miss this hot spot on any thermal IR scan.

For the record the IR measurement of the towers of a Hurricane often reach far below -135 F. It is pretty cold up there. Yes expansion of air at altitude should cool it but like the old "Where's the beef!?" question where's the heat?

Why don't you open your eyes dude! The reality of the world and the universe is that we observe the current flows and we observe these effects. The solar wind for example would slow down if the nuclear model of the sun was true. It accelerates as do items in an highly energized current flow. (This is how a particle accelerator works!)
Try getting a grip. The reality is that nothing is working like the standard physics model says. The data is getting stronger and stronger out there that the universe is electrical. All of the data is coming back saying this. Nothing says the old model and I do mean nothing. The old model is completely broken. It is bad science. For example just try to form a star out of gas. It will dissipate in space. There is no mass center for the G force to localize on. Then assume you are going to light up the star by nuclear process. Then you get a sputter and then it blows apart losing mass until it doesn't work at all. Supposing that it somehow managed to do this cyclically for a while it would never do more than sit there and be a low level event. You simply cannot run a star this way. It would blow itself apart. Finally get real. The EM Force is 10^38 times stronger than the supposed G force driver for the Universe. So it gets ignored! Try it runs the place.
Opps! we on the neutrinos found a magic way to hide them. Oh we supposedly found a different flavor. All of these are imagination tricks to try to hide the fact that that theory doesn't work. Yes the universe is electrical. Worse yet it is even more far out than anybody could have believed. All bodies in the universe that spin begin to develop into bodies with an ecliptic charge carried on plasma so what I am describing will occur to some extend in every body in the universe. The basic structure to understand is a Faraday Generator or the Homopolar or Unipolar generator. The universe is not one of these but it begins the understanding. A Conductive Plate (Super Conductive is much better ---> Plasma!)that rotates in the presence of a fixed magnetic field will generate an electrical current spreading towards its periphery and towards its axis pole. In a Plasma the magnetic field rotates with the plate because of the Birkeland Currents and which generates the same current at the homopolar generator without the torque drag of the homopolar generator. This device is known as DePalma's N-Machine. Readers of this should note the Birkeland Current similarity to the polar lights and note the similarity to mid latitude storms and sun spots. These have all been observed on the Sun as well.
This says something that was absolutely necessary for the universe to have any energy. That is that the Universe is COP > 1. Bluntly it is over unity. It also explains the missing neutrinos and such in the Solar Atomic model. Simply stated the Sun is a standard planet with a mostly Iron/Nickel makeup with some rocky material. It is about 1,000 times more dense than the gravity estimates of its mass propose. This is because the discharge of this very large N-Machine form at the solar surface is as observed a Gravity shield causing the sun to appear much less dense. It also says the "Gas Giants" are not also. Observers should note that meteors, comets, and asteroids are all the same thing and bluntly they are welding spatter as the massive electrical currents discharge against the surface of the sun. Take a look for yourself.
This explains nearly everything in the universe including the impossibility of every having any energy to do anything it the Universe wasn't COP > 1. This issue of what makes the atmosphere glow and why is very important and it is why the SOHO is up and why the Stereo B Mission is up and a lot more. Simply stated the data I was giving out was very real data and very much based on what is being learned. Would somebody up there in the moderation pick up my parent on the 2nd layer up and get rid of their stupid moderation. It really is awful that these people just don't want anything else but what they believe.
Actually the answer here lies in a very simple understanding of the earth and why the sky is blue. The reason is extremely simple. The sky is blue because it is fluorescent in the blue and green bands due to X and UV radiation emissions from the sun affecting the lower atmosphere (Generally below 60,000 feet). This process produces a strong optical appearance of a "Blue Sky" but for exactly the same reason that the the primary paint colors are Red Yellow and Blue while the light primary colors are Red Green and Blue (See your color Video Monitor for details) this makes plants green. They are focused on the primary solar emission that is near omni directional during the daytime on earth.
I know somebody will argue that the sky is blue due to scattering. It isn't! It is blue because it glows. This is obvious at higher altitudes. By 45,000 feet in flight, the upper sky is black. The glow is obvious. This is also obvious by shots from the space station of the curve of the earth. It actually has color layers.
This process of atmosphere glows is responsible for the massive bloom of life in the arctic regions of the earth. The Aurora produce a strong set of emissions in the UV and IR bands that supply the life with its energy. The emission strength in the Arctic bands near the Aurora is nearly equal on a 24/7 basis to the emissions of light received at the tropical regions. These blooms of life associated with light are 1:1 and obvious. The Temperate Latitudes get most of this Blue Sky glow on earth and they get it seasonally. The result is that the region grows the most plant life. The Arctic regions get their glow on a fairly cyclic basis which is associated with March 21 and Sept 21. This corresponds to the migrations and breeding seasons of the animals and plants in the regions. This is also why they tend to be off synchronization with the normal "solar cycle".
These emissions of the atmosphere are related to Plasma Charges approaching the earth in space and with the non-visible emissions of the sun being converted to visible emissions. The sun in space is actually in the visible band quite a dim star. On earth it is much brighter due to the conversion of frequencies.
Since my father was one of the team that sent men to the moon. I know a bit more about simulation and testing than the average bird. On Redstone Arsenal (near Huntsville, Alabama) stands a building where they did full mock up shake testing of the Saturn V rocket. I appreciate the intent of people who wish to do full computer simulations. These are getting very good and they delete with the need for many simple tests. Nothing substitutes for the real thing and doing real tests. This was a 37 story rocket they were launching.
The remark about decimal points is valid. Everyone forgets that the only math that truly exists is integer math. We enjoy using approximations using floating point math but that is all that these are. They are approximations. The list of errors that arises out of these approximations is long. This math only operates well within about 3 decimal places and then it begins to develop progressive errors.
In Apollo mission computer programming there was a decision made not to attempt over 5 decimal places in navigation and simply to do correction measurement over time. It worked like a charm. It was possible to calculate much more finely but in reality the measurements were not more valuable. Nothing was to be gained by the determination of 11 decimal places that the mission required for accuracy.
Shaking a 275 ton building will hold as a good approximation for that size range but will not do too well in estimation of a 275,000,000 ton building. It will require actual measuring of such a building. There are many such approximations that come up that people do not consider. For example the velocity of the top of a building is different than the bottom. In really big buildings level and plumb have to bend for the earth. In really big buildings what is the pull of the tide? All sorts of things like that begin to have significant value

Ok, just for the record, I know of one inventor who tried this route. Even when the scientists were given his devices to test and ask only to publish their reports they would meet him in private and say it worked, but in public, well they wouldn't say a thing. At this time he has spend over $1,000,000 on trying to get a scientific jury to do tests and report the results. Maybe soon but not today! His device uses proven planetary flyby methodology with magnets and it works.
Joe Flynn's technology is known by him and Boeing Phantom Works to be well into this arena yet they are terrified to admit it in published locations. I know of more than this.I also know how cruel the scientific establishment is. They nearly ran out of the profession the MD who discovered Stomach Ulcers were bacterially caused. It took nearly 20 years after his discovery before they would let his work be published. I could go on and on with real stories like these and nobody would believe them even if I gave names and dates unless they wanted to.
I have seen obvious outright contradictions in published articles showing that Einstein's Special Relativity is a messed up theory. I get whacked as troll if I even point out that that is for real what an article that is referenced in /. says. Don't expect a peer-reviewed journal to say much of the truth.
Mercury is a known toxin of serious danger in microscopic amounts. Yet the American Dental Association still supports its use in people even though it is an obvious danger. In fact it is very dangerous and they will run out of the profession any dentist that even admits that fact. I guess they are just mad as a hatter at the truth.
Don't say or imagine that seeing reality is legal in the peer-reviewed journals. It is a fact of their process that in order to publish an idea it must already be "proved" by other published articles. As a result you are not allowed a new discovery or observation.
This brings up a very simple fact in the US Constitution. It says plainly "No warrant shall issue without probable cause." Now this may not seem simple to people but it really is. It means that nobody shall be arrested (Yes traffic offenses too!) without probable cause. Probable cause is the obvious to all reality that someone has been or is most likely going to be injured at any moment as a result of the behavior of the party being arrested. There is absolutely no way on this earth that this determination can be made by a traffic camera. How on earth does a camera at an intersection know if the Police officer is doing his job properly and safely or not? How on earth can it judge if the risk he has taken in running the red light is one which is not relative to the situation? It cannot. Thus all warrants by traffic cameras are by definition void because they did not have probable cause. Merely speeding or passing a red light is not probable cause. That requires a determination of valid purpose etc.
This all applies to citizens as well!
Working on the energy problem I have become aware every day how things can be known and yet nothing done about them. I know of 11 technologies that all work quite well and all of them produce energy without fuel. It is like pulling teeth and as popular as do it yourself root canal work to get investors to pony up to get any work done. Then come the "Physics Police." These are people like the loons who moderate down any comment that points out any theoretical flaws in their belief system. Don't believe me? Every time I disclose that something is wrong with the Einstein SR theory I get the "Troll" whacked on me. I am only trying to help people learn what is really going on. That is neither troll nor unfriendly.
Just to be fair for the guys who keep saying that such is not possible. I know of 3 devices that generate electricity from solid state devices and use no fuel. I know of 2 fully built and working electric motor designs. One is 7:1 over unity and the other is 3.5 over unity. All in all I would say that there is substantial evidence that the Physics Police don't know what they are talking about.Spare the heckling about if you can do this.... Like any other technology this stuff takes time and money. It also is quite tedious. No! I didn't invent these technologies though I know how to use them. The players in this are not minor players either. There are some really big players in the field already. This is all coming in good time. Well sometime anyway. I suspect later than sooner.
