Yeah, but more than SCO's precious website is at stake here. You've forgotten all of the machines that are getting infected in the crossfire. Also, as a lot of people have mentioned, this could just be the word of spammers and scammers, both of which would be more interested in exploiting all of the chaos while SCO and the Linux geeks are taking all of the bad press. Are you suggesting we just leave everyone else to rot because doing so might make the attack on SCO a little more severe?
I'm sure some of you are wrinkling your noses at the mere suggestion that you leave your house and play sports, so if that doesn't suit your fancy, try sometime more traditionally geeky. As the AC suggested, chess is good. Roleplaying is another good activity, especially if it lets you meet new people. RPG don't have too much social stress... you don't have to worry about coming up with something to talk about or meeting people's parents or anything. A book club that holds regular discussions could be fun. Hell, even your local LUG will allow you to meet new (and relatively likeminded) people. Don't get me wrong, phones, emails, usenet and instant messengers are all fne and dandy, but limiting your social interactions to just those is kind of like living the rest of your live with a brown paper bag over your head.
...that they're saying that the stuff they extract from guarana is more concentrated caffiene than what is generally extracted from coffee. I'm 99% sure that caffiene is one molecule though; I'd hate to have to buy another shirt from thinkgeek.
