If it is passable computer, you can hook this up as the main drive, select the appropriate OS and you are good to go. If it is older, put it in as the main drive, use the floppies to create boot discs and the utils you need for the appropriate OS and you are good to go again.

Something called "Copyrite infringement" You could be sued for a lot of money, and jail time. There are laws so that a certain % of the product must be unique for that type of product on the market...
