hy, AFAIK the big problem is, that the germans MUST make such laws because the European Union. There were some basic EU rules they had to implement, and some from the WIPO. But nevertheless the new law cound be better :-( In Germany it's called "Lex Bertelsmann": Bertelsman owns hundrets of radio stations, magazines, book publishers, music labels (like BMG), TV stations and so on.
