Yes, it is. Here in Europe nearly everybody unemployed got a training for system adminstration or web design in the past _five_ years. Can you imagine how many still unemployed computer guys are there out on the street now ?
So if you are not an expert, and a very bright one indeed you better go somewhere else. If you do not plan to be one of the best just do not waste more money or energy in this field.
