It's not as bad ever since they put the plugins in a separate process ages ago. I can't stand Chrome or other WebKit browsers scrolling. I use the mouse wheel all the time and it is seriously not smooth.
His laptop is probably an iPaq or something else where the memory is soldered to the main board and everything is glued together inside the case. Not even a genius can upgrade his laptop memory!
Gah. I have 4GB of RAM on my Core 2 Duo and there have been two process shrinks since. It should be possible to get 16GB of RAM for the same price I bought my 4GB by now. Which makes sense considering the other poster showed you can buy it for less than $100 USD. Not that a browser should use a lot of memory. But then again I use Firefox and I do not notice any memory issues.
There are women getting radical mastectomies to prevent breast cancer that will never be able to breastfeed because of it. A lot of these women do not even have breast cancer at all but are doing it because they think it is possible they will get it eventually. In that case you are explicitly doing a surgery which is reducing body function to prevent something which may never happen at all. I call that cutting the nose to spite the face. Male circumcision for the general population is not necessary.
What a load of bull. Vaccination has proven health benefits and has even managed to completely eradicate smallpox from the planet. Religious reasons are a common reason elsewhere but there aren't that many Jews and Muslims in the US as a percentage.
Buddhist, Hindus and Catholics don't practice circumcision and they are doing fine as their population can attest dear/. user without a sense of humor. Perhaps next time I log into/. I will see a report from the USDA on the benefits of Halal and Kosher food and I will see similar pandering to people who want to get paid for shouting Alah every time they hit a chunk of beef with a knife.
These found that, for men who have sex with women, circumcision reduced the risk of infection with HIV. (No protection was observed for men who have sex with men.)
Yeah it reduced the infection risk because women ran way once they took their pants off.
Apple told Samsung they had to pay $30 USD per device (Microsoft asks $5 USD per device to HTC and they have been working on multi-touch for longer than Apple). Apple also said the deal required Samsung to license all their patents to Apple at no cost. Plus Apple reserved itself the right to not license any patents of so called iPhone foundational technology which basically means whatever they feel like not patenting to 3rd parties.
You have a lousy memory. There were plenty of PDA like smartphones without QWERTY keyboards running Windows Mobile and other OSes including the MIO A701 and a multitude of HTC devices. They were thicker... it is called miniaturization and Moore's law and none of it is owed to Apple. You owe more to Samsung, the world's #2 semiconductor manufacturer, than Apple which doesn't manufacture a single bolt. The finger touch interactions started getting more widely used around the time capacitive screens were available in the market. Which again predated the iPhone.
Then you can't get sick either or you will end up in the ICU as well. I thought the Air Force didn't allow immunocompromised people in their ranks. A vaccine is merely a weaker form of the disease in question that is used to train your immune system to spot the genetic code of the actual disease without prior exposure to it.
Unless you explain your situation properly I will continue to think you just are misinformed and did not understand the problem at hand. While there are cases of a bad vaccine batch where the weakened specimen was too active or the vaccine was contaminated somehow they are statistically irrelevant and people are overall better off than not getting vaccinated where you would get the disease at full strength.
Samsung's product isn't a knock-off either. If you want to guess what if Selden's patents had been enforced you don't need to go much further than to read the Wright patent lawsuit shitstorm linked in that same Wikipedia page.

Uhmmmm...

Try reading the actual paper the article purports to be about: "not sufficient to recommend routine neonatal circumcision".
Don't forget cutting 2/3rds of the liver while you are at it.

Not even that. I can collect someones hair clippings or dandruff in a salon and leave them somewhere.
So Apple licenses their design patents but you cannot build devices with their design with that supposed license? Uh. Right.

Would you sign a deal like that?
Why not? If Apple can sue you for tap to zoom Samsung should be able to sue them for other software patents as well.
You don't know what is a smartphone. Windows Mobile devices with phone capacity definitively were smartphones.

I wouldn't bet on it. The judge has already shown which way she was leaning from the start. She will most likely just rubber stamp this.

Samsung manufactured cellphones and tablets before Apple.

The Neonode had swipe to unlock.
Apple already sued HTC and Motorola. It is about Android.
They are still rectangular black slabs with flat touchscreens and rounded corners with tiled icons.
So you think Windows 95 and Windows NT were crap? That Linux was irrelevant? Those were all done in the 90s.
