As much as its a nice emulator, I believe its wrong to push this program because it ADVOCATES The use of copyrighted material (and if you have the DDR soundtracks, you just rip the music from them and never have to pay for another DDR Game ever again), which is unfair if people who do enjoy the game would like to see more released.

SPAMHAUS.ORG -- more than likely your spammer may be one of these guys on the ROKSO list
This is also great for people looking for hosting/isp who are responsible.
Use spews to check the IP that the ISP you wanna host with doesn't appear at all. then check to see if they have ANY of their IP's listed. Use Google's news archive to research the activity of the ISP you plan on contracting with. Then check their UPSTREAM hoster, and then their UPSTREAM's UPSTREAMS hoster. etc. Get a lawyer! Never commit to anything until you have a lawyer go over the contract. Make sure there are stipulatiosn that addresses blocklists.

who boots spammers and was only LISTED once on SPEWS, which wasn't even their
fault ( their host had a spammer in the same block as their services ) and once
they made know to their ISP that would not tolerate that spammer, their host
booted that spammer and now MY host and my website are no longer affected by
any Blocklists. I pay for the service I get and it seems that MY HOST really
cares that they dont want to be associated with spammers or do business with
a company who harbors spammers. My hosting is not cheap for what I want, but
it beats out paying $6.95 a month for the same deal I get and be lumped with
an ISP who doesn't give a shit about who I am.

Set it the next day in the same spot, mouse learned his lesson and didn't go after the cheese. Same thing. ISP's dont care if they get blocked as long as their paying customer is still able to pay. So, if the isp is only going to move when that cusomter is blocked, to a new space, then we aren't going to play their games anymore. We block the entire range until they get a clue. Move the spammer, the blocks get bigger. BOOT the spammer, the blocks go away. How simple can it get?
It is one thing to block IP addresses that spammers are using. It is quite another to block an entire class C just because one/28 is being used for spamming.
The collateral damage argument is bullshit. If you sign a colo agreement with a company, even if you wanted to expend the time and money to move your (otherwise working) network to a different provider, YOU WILL GET SCREWED OUT OF MONEY by the contract.
