    I second this.

Usually, people writing movies & tv shows are different from the people directing or producing. Of course, there are exceptions, but even in those cases, there are a lot of different people doing a lot of different work.

Why should the special effects people be versed in writing a story? Should the advertising department know how to code? Let everyone do what they're best at, whether it's art design, programming or writing stories.

Why are there so many comments about women not being able to play games? There are a lot of women who are really good. For me, it would be a very sad day if I couldn't get past level 1 of any game. (And yes, I am of the female persuasion.)
For those of you with girlfriends/spouses/significant others: maybe if you hand the controller to your ladies once in a while, they'll be able to play better.

  4. What's going to happen with the game, then? on Psychonauts Parts Ways With Microsoft · · Score: 1

Microsoft is not going to publish the game. So now, Double Fine is looking for a publisher for the X-Box game. Is there a chance, then, that the game will come out for other platforms? It looks like fun, but I don't own an Xbox. (BTW--the game hasn't been pulled from the Microsoft games site yet.)
