If they pull this domain, what happens if a court in another country orders them to pull the domain of someone, what will they do, they already have set the precedent of pulling domains.
Country with religious repression orders the pulling of church domains.
Communist country orders the domain of DEmocrats.
etc...
What a big mess this could start.
I have been a member of Blue Security since the first day I read about it here on/. , I was tired of getting hundreds of emails everyday. For the first couple of months I was wondering if I was waisting my time forwarding all the spam I was getting, then over a period of one month my spam level dropped from hundreds per day to now about 15-20 and many days much less per day, my best day was only 1 in the several accounts I have registered with Blue Frog. Some of the smart spammers realized I would never buy any of the crap they are hawking, it is now just the stupid ones that are left that have not figured out the obvious, "Not only do I not want to buy your crap, but I am tired of hearing about it from you too."
To the fellow members of Blue Security--- KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
To all the people who have yet to join-- Please join us and get the spammers out of your life.
I am not employed by Blue Security, just a firm believer.
I am not sure if someone has covered this yet, but you will want to get to your incometax professional right away so they can advise you on how much you should be holding back and set you up on estimated tax payments. They can also give you advice on the types of things that will be tax deductable while you are working as a contractor.
I have worked as a tax pro for many years, and if you dont plan ahead, you could easily end up in some serious hot water with the IRS.
Good luck and congrats.
I automatically send all spam to uce@ftc.gov and let them deal with it. If the client starts getting notes from the FTC that they are about to be investigated as part of an ongoing investigation of a spammer they are using, maybe they will decide to forego using spammers if they keep getting investigated too.
I think that maybe it might be based on the smart card, you wave it and it has an id number that is only good for that minute. The next minute the number is something else all together.
I am not much of a music person and won't get one of these, but where does this leave RIAA if you are paying for copied music already?

All the spam I get I have been forwarding to the FTC. I wonder if they are doing the investigations like they said they would? Dan
Many states require that you have an overhead shot of large parcels of land ie. farm sales before the deal can be compleated.
