I'm really losing patience with SlashDot.
All I ever see are posts second guessing and negative sarcasm. Everyone's a critic or a comedian.
I wouldn't hire anyone of you BIGTHINKERS!
From the DARPA satellite Feed News Update the video showed RedTeam in a mountain switchback road but not on the road per say. Actually off to the edge of the road where a berm seperated the road from the steeper downhill. The Humvee was stranded on the dirt berm. All 4 tires seemed to be on the road but the dirt was definately up to the bottom of the vehicle leaving it high and dry. Smoke was coming lightly out of the engine.
Wow! Review a gadget designed for the exercise and activity oriented on a geek site and the criticisms come firing in like donuts over cubicle walls.
All these features are cheap, easy and appreciated. Out of 20 times that I read "It doesn't even have Bluetooth!", only once did someone back it up with a use for the Holy Grail, Bluetooth (Wireless games amongst close friends). That does sound cool, but perhaps not for the active exercisers. WHat will they use it for?... Sharing their calorie info?
Bluetooth will come when it is cost effective to put it in, based on things it could be used for. I can't think of other things to do with a phone with Bluetooth.
Please enlighten me...
