If SCO wants the Open Source community to take them seriously, they should publicly release the code which they claim to be in Linux...
No, if they release the code everyone will ROTFLMAO and noone will take them seriously.
You're forgetting that Linux kernel is written in C, not C++. So there's no "#include " for sure. And I doubt about "#include .h>" also (no C library).
Doing a 5 line compare seems flawed as what if you compare lines 1-5 in A and B, but lines 1-5 in A match lines 2-6 in B
Please, read the article:
"Each file withing each source tree is "shredded" into 5 line pieces (1-5, 2-6, 3-7, etc.)."
The SCO(R) Group (SCO) (SCOX), a leading provider of business software solutions [...]
should be replaced with
"The SCO(R) Group (SCO) (SCOX), a leading provider of intellectual property law-suits [...]"

Booo!
Are there one million lines of code in System V?
SCO: You must pay us $699 for
[big sound effect]
70 lines of code!
[people laughing cruelly]
Sorry. One million lines of code!!
[dramatic music]

When SCO keeps telling all that bullshit and nonsense, I start to think it's OK for a lawyer to use "jerkheads".
Will you show me those lines under NDA?
