Are you going to release the list of "supported" TV-broadcasting services? I would like to know that the service I want to use (webtelek.com) is supported - BEFORE paying any money (and would like to know exactly the codec I have to buy).
Unfortunately it is not "just a message" about the licensing problems. It is some indication of the improper build process - literally, missing version tag of some important kernel structure:
kernel: ndiswrapper: no version for "struct_module" found: kernel tainted.
And the machine DOES crashes after inserting these broken modules (which worked ok in 2.4 world).
I tried ndiswrapper, I tried some winmodem module (claimed to support 2.6!) - whatever I do, there is no struct_module version, so I get "kernel tainted" message. Anyone knows how to fight this?
Visio?! Easy! You take Visio 2003. Generate XMI. Then - apply some XSLT stylesheet to create build.xml for the ant tool. Then use ant instead of make as startup tool. So you got visual design for you startup sequence!
Just tested ECMAScript on Mozilla 0.9.8. I got 25 failures and 63 errors out of 290 runs! It is not very good, isn't it? IE6 gives 18 failures and 10 errors. Really sad... Hope mozilla.org will do something about it...
There is no announces about "what's new". Are they going to support LDAP? "Directory" menu item in the Address book is still disabled:( IMAP is wonderful but LDAP is a must for corporate networks.
Using it at home. Nice stuff

It takes an exUSSR citizen to understand that in USSR car was more than a car. To get the idea that Lada was a super-car for its money etc. etc.

They were saying about existing ISOs for 8.0. Does anybody have them anywhere?
Really interested in this thing. But for Solo 9300. Even ATI Mobility is not a powerful 3D chip...
