    I wish they would make QT thread safe so that when web plugins and konquerer tabs crashed they didn't take all my konqueror windows with them.

    I wish you would learn what threading means and how it relates to what you can expect from the memory state of other threads if one of them crashes.

    You don't need to create an account or log in. I've edited many a page anonymously (removing references to Spongebob Squarepants from an article about Leif Erikson Day, for example.

    Don't say "made for iPod" if your product isn't. It limits your market. Just about any sound player/recorder can use a stereo lapel mic, external speakers, etc.

    More likely, if you use google's system to DDOS itself and have a session variable set at the time, pointing to your gmail account, they'll hand that over to law enforcement in your jurisdiction .

    Or even more likely, they'll notice that they have a lot of users in slovakia (for example) and install more servers there.

    I did that for several months after I got my iBook. Then I got a film scanner. The software only works if your scanner was plugged in (and turned on) continuously from before booting until use, and you must have internet access or it hangs. I am not amused.

    Shaw Cable (In Western Canada) now assigns IPv6 and IPv4 addresses to all DHCP requests. Whether your home firewall does anything with the IPv6 address is another matter.
