Try this experiment with real alocoholics (or hardened binge drinkers) that don't naturally moderate their own consumption based on thier perceived level of enebriation, and they could possibly drink themselves into a coma.

I'm sure someone already mentioned this... and the Fatherland Security post was getting there... but isn't everyone reminded of the Holocaust? I think I will steer clear of any identification implanted in my skin - be it a tattoo or a RFID.
how do you think the government (or the loosely attached to the government) would react to such information being distributed? In the beginning it would be easy to target the small amount of computers/people possessing the information. any p2p network is only as good as how wide the file ditribution runs. Who would be willing to take the risks?
most likely not to the artists and more probably back into the legal coffers. It will be interesting to see how many more young or naive people will be extorted by their "fear and awe" campaign.
So now it's going to be DMCASpam... I'm sure the admin's have better things to do with their time than reply to an email generated by a bot that was obviously never reviewed by a person for validity.
